AAA rugby is at Rural, as a part of the Voye Tournament. Women are at 5:00 p.m. and men are at 6 p.m.
Men’s ball hockey is playing Montague at Three Rivers Sportsplex in Georgetown at 7:20 p.m.
Women’s softball is playing Westisle in O’Leary today. There will be a decision made by lunchtime due to weather.
Colonel Gray’s Women’s flag football team beat Charlottetown Rural and Montague last evening. The women scored 7 touchdowns and only gave up one - the entire evening. Well done ladies!
The PEISAA Brodie McCarthy Student Athlete of the Year Award is given annually to a Grade 12 student who has participated in two PEISAA sanctioned sports during the 2025-2026 school year. Islamic Relief High School Club will be having a bake sale on Tuesday at lunch in the lobby. Come support orphans in need around the world.
The Colonel Gray Awards Committee will begin meeting on May 12th, to select winners for the various awards that will be presented at the graduation ceremony. If you are graduating this year, this is your last chance to complete the nomination form that was sent out in the fall. Changes have been made to the form, so please review and update your submission, even if you’ve already completed it for prior consideration.
The PEI Mutual Insurance Scholarships are due on May 10th, and the Eli MacEachern, City of Charlottetown Bursary is due on May 13th.
Potential graduates - who are cadets, or with any family member who is, or was, a veteran (or in the RCMP), should be aware of the Legion Bursary due on May 15th. This requires an official transcript, so order in advance.
